In a period building surrounded by centenary olive trees, you will enjoy the charming beauty of a typical landscape of Lake Garda between lavender, rosemary and oleanders.
Our Story
La Petronilla
is exemplary of a rural settlement planted with olive trees dating back to around the late '17h and early '18th century. The property was enclosed by a stone wall that still exists, within which stood a tower later expanded to become, at the end of the 18th century, a farm house. |
The Madonna painting by the side of the gate, gave the name to the location and to the street.
My family bought it at the beginning of the last century and here are my fondest memories, linked also to the love for the landscape, for those trees, to the lake and for the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds it and that makes it unique if compared the other lakes in the north of Italy. |
